AMP Capital was the first Australian fund manager to be awarded a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) licence to trade in China ‘A’ shares (those listed on the Shanghai or Shenzhen stock exchanges). We also hold a Foreign Institutional Investor licence which allows us to invest on the Indian stock exchange.
