Louise Joslin, BTP, MCom, AAPI

Fund Manager, Australian Core Property Portfolio

Louise was appointed Fund Manager to AMP's flagship property fund, the Australian Core Property Portfolio, in January 2006 and is responsible for setting and implementing the portfolio strategy. Louise was previously Fund Manager for the AMP Capital Property Income Fund and brings over 25 years experience in the Australian property industry to her role. Louise joined AMP Capital in 1995 as Head of Property Research and is a past NSW President and Director of the Property Council of Australia.

John Dynon, Dip Law, BEc

Fund Manager, Global Direct Property Fund

John Dynon was appointed Fund Manager for the Global Direct Property Fund in August 2008, responsible for establishing and implementing the Fund’s strategy along with the Fund’s investment performance. His role also encompasses investor relations and principle contact with our global partners. Commencing with AMP in 1989, John has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry including positions as Fund Manager within our Property Portfolio Services Team managing key private client mandates.

Henry Elliot, BSc (Hons), MRICS, AAPI

Fund Manager, AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund

Henry has over 25 years of experience in the property industry, both in Australia and the UK, and has been managing the AMP Wholesale Office Fund since its inception in May 2004. Henry joined AMP Capital in 1999 and managed the Property Transactions team before managing the AMP Statutory Fund No 1 property portfolio. He was previously a director of Schroeders Property and has extensive experience in all of the major CBD office markets in Australia.

Conrad Sinclair, Assoc Dip (Valuation), AAPI (Economics), CSMA

Fund Manager, AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund

Conrad joined AMP Capital in 2000 and he brings his over 20 years’ experience in the property industry to his role as Fund Manager of the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund. He is responsible for formulating Fund policy and determining strategy in order to optimise investment performance. Conrad’s extensive experience includes working on the development of a number of major shopping centres throughout Australia for major property trusts and property developers.

Fund Manager, Property Income Fund

Michael is responsible for setting and implementing PIF's investment strategy and delivering strong investment performance. Prior to his current role, Michael worked as a Portfolio Manager in our Property Portfolio Service with responsibility for a key private client mandate. Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, including skills in funds management, marketing, asset management, capital management, sales, developments and transactions.

Dale Phillips, BTRP (Hons), GradDip Property, AAPI

Head of Opportunity Funds

Dale is the head of AMP Capital Property’s Opportunity Funds team, responsible for the overall strategy and management of our suite of opportunistic products. Joining AMP Group in 1986, Dale has over 20 years’ experience in property including 12 years in opportunistic investment. He has experience across all facets of the development process including design, management, leasing, construction, costing, programming and feasibility.

Mark Flockhart, AAIV, MCom

Head of Property Portfolio Service

Mark Flockhart has over 20 years of property experience with the AMP Group and is responsible for the overall strategy and management of property portfolios for private clients comprising direct, pooled, alternates and listed property. Along with asset and portfolio management experience within PPS, Mark’s experience is across all the major property functions including valuation, development, sales and acquisitions and commercial and retail management.
